Construction of Yanbu Commercial Port Tower

Kholoud Contracting Company implemented the Yanbu Commercial Port Tower project in 2021. The project included the construction of a 20-story high multi-purpose commercial tower in the heart of the Yanbu Commercial Port area.

The construction and building works for the project amounted to between 14 and 22 million Saudi riyals, and included the following construction works:

Excavation, backfilling and site preparation work
Reinforced concrete works for the bases and core of the tower
Cement brickwork for the tower walls
Interior and exterior finishing works (paint, tiles, ceramics)
Electrical and sanitary installation works
Air conditioning and ventilation works
Glass facade and metal facade works
Site works and supporting services (roads, corridors, parking lots)

The project was delivered on time and with high quality, which strengthened the reputation of Kholoud Contracting Company as a leading company in the field of commercial and specialized construction.
