Improving and developing the InterContinental Taif Hotel

Intercontinental Hotel development project in Taif:

Kholoud Contracting Company is proud of its participation in the development and modernization of the Intercontinental Hotel in Taif. This project, which we implemented with a total value of 39,278,320 Saudi riyals, was commissioned by the Saudi Ministry of Finance.

The project included carrying out the following construction and development works:

Concrete structure works:

Pouring foundations, columns and slabs with a total of 12,500 m3 of reinforced concrete.
Construction of load-bearing walls and dividing walls with an area of ​​18,000 m2.

Construction and finishing works:
Implementation of construction works using 850,000 cement bricks.
Installation of 32,000 m2 of glass and aluminum facades.
Finishing hotel units with a total area of ​​25,000 m2.
Installations and fittings works:
Installation of electricity and lighting systems with a length of 85 km of cables.
Installation of air conditioning systems with a capacity of 3,500 tons of refrigeration.
Installation of 650 fully equipped hotel units.

We are proud of our contribution to the development of this pioneering hotel project, which has contributed to raising the level of tourism services in the blessed city of Taif.
