Construction of Dawadmi Governorate buildings for the Ministry of Interior

Kholoud Contracting Company implemented a project to construct new buildings for the Dawadmi Governorate, affiliated with the Ministry of Interior. The project included the complete construction of buildings with a total value of 15,302,014 Saudi riyals.

The main scope of works in this project:

Excavation and backfilling works: including foundation excavation, soil backfilling and site leveling.

Concrete works: construction of foundations, columns, walls and concrete slabs.

Building and construction: using bricks and blocks to build walls and interior and exterior walls.

Roof works: Installation of the roof with reinforced concrete.

Finishing works: wall and floor finishing and painting works.

Electrical works: installation of electrical and lighting systems.

Sanitary works: installation of plumbing and sewage systems.

This project reflects the capabilities of Kholoud Contracting Company in implementing integrated construction projects of great financial value to the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It emphasizes our extensive experience in the field of building and construction of government sector facilities.

Spaces and floors:

The project included the construction of a group of buildings with a total building area estimated at approximately 25,000 square meters.

The buildings were multi-storey, ranging from 2 to 4 floors.

Structural System:

The structural system was based on a reinforced concrete structure, with concrete columns and walls.

Reinforced concrete slabs 20 cm thick were used for the roofs.

The foundations were reinforced concrete with sufficient dimensions to bear the loads of the buildings.

Materials and finishes:

The external walls were built using 20 cm thick cement bricks.

Exterior finishes included stone facades and paint in soft colors.

The interior walls were built using 10 cm thick gypsum bricks.

The floors of the buildings were of high quality ceramic tiles.

High specifications aluminum doors and windows were installed.

Service systems:

Electricity and lighting networks with modern specifications and high efficiency.

Central air conditioning systems for all spaces.

Plumbing and sewerage networks with high-quality materials.
