Kholoud Contracting Company is proud to announce the completion of the Yanbu General Hospital construction project in cooperation with the Ministry of Health. This project was implemented in the city of Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, with a capacity of 200 beds.<\/p>\n
During the project implementation period, which was approximately 3 years, Kholoud Company completed construction works worth 105,117,748 Saudi riyals. This project included building and construction works for the hospital according to the latest international specifications and standards, as well as electrical and mechanical works and medical equipment necessary to operate the hospital.<\/p>\n
The completion of this important project comes within the framework of Kholoud Company\u2019s ongoing efforts to build and develop the health infrastructure in the Kingdom, which contributes to raising the quality of medical services provided to citizens and residents.<\/p>\n
Architectural Design:
\nThe hospital was designed in accordance with the latest international standards for the design of health facilities, taking into account safety, security, ventilation and lighting standards.
\nSustainable design principles were applied in terms of optimizing the use of natural lighting, ventilation and natural resources.
\nStructural engineering:
\nThe construction work was carried out in accordance with the latest international standards for the construction of medical buildings, taking into account durability and structural safety standards.
\nHigh-quality, fire- and weather-resistant building materials were used.<\/p>\n
Mechanical and electrical systems:
\nAir conditioning, ventilation and firefighting systems are installed in accordance with international quality and safety standards.
\nAdvanced electrical and lighting systems have been installed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hospital.
\nMedical equipment:
\nThe hospital is equipped with the latest international approved medical devices and equipment.
